I have put this photo gallery together to showcase many of the photographs that I have taken. On this site you will find my favourite photographs of wildlife, the coast mainly around Devon and Cornwall, nature at its finest, glistening rivers and streams, the sky at dawn and at dusk, all types of gorgeous flowers, magical snow scenes, scenic views from around the South West and various other interesting photographs.

I have been interested in photography in general for several years now. I had always enjoyed taking photographs on my old Olympus camera, but really started getting into it during the degree course I took at University. One of the modules was to go around Plymouth (where I live) and take photographs of different areas using an old camera from the early 1970's. It was a hefty device but the picture quality was great! I had to go through the stages of taking the photographs, processing them and then developing them, the old fashioned way without any machines. This was very interesting, and it got me even more interested in photography.

I am currently using an excellent, if zoom deficient, Casio digital camera. The digital picture quality is fantastic and it has several interesting features, with the only problem being that the zoom is very limited, and the flash isn't very powerful. I am hoping to raise some money from this site to go towards a new, more professional digital camera.
